Description: This data set represents selected building permits issued by the City of Edmonton, namely, building permits for residential building types, excluding changes that do not affect the number of residential units.Data set current includes data for permits issued from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2023.Data have been download from https://data.edmonton.ca/Urban-Planning-Economy/General-Building-Permits/24uj-dj8v/about_data. The City of Edmonton updates the data daily, but the Data Analysis Team downloads and adds new records to this data set on a quarterly basis.
